Basic exercise Schedule - 30 min daily morning

The day starts with basic surya namashkar. (5 minutes)

Then berating exercises (10 minutes).

Then the exercise as told in the list which can be divided into
Standing
Sitting
Lying

Pawanmukta Asan is the first step which is divided into many chapters.this shoul dbe the first thing.



Then the end should be for the abs modern time exercises.
